Solinst Canada Ltd is a leading manufacturer of groundwater and surface water monitoring instrumentation, supplying high-quality products directly to customers and through an extensive global distribution network.
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing sales team, with a primary focus on customer engagement, opportunity development, and sales execution.
This role is suited to a strong sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing opportunities through the full sales cycle, and working within a technically sophisticated product environment.
The Role:
Based in our Georgetown, Ontario office, you will focus on developing and managing customer relationships, supporting inbound and outbound sales activity, and driving revenue growth across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Qualify opportunities and manage them through the full sales cycle
- Prepare quotations and support order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all customer interactions and opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and webinars in coordination with technical staff
- Support trade shows, sales events, and customer visits
- Collaborate closely with technical sales and production teams
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3 or more years of experience in inside or technical sales, preferably with industrial or scientific products
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and customer accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex products
A technical or scientific background is an asset but not required. Product training will be provided.
Compensation:
