The Model 408 Double Valve Pumps are positive displacement gas drive pumps that provide high-quality, consistent samples and excellent VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) sample results. They have been field-proven in thousands of applications and now feature a NEW simplified, lighter design for increased convenience in the field. The NEW PVC pump option allows for use in even more field conditions.

High Quality Groundwater Sampling with Double Valve Pumps
Double Valve Pumps offer excellent performance and reliability in groundwater sampling applications. No bladder replacement is required, and the Double Valve Pump provides higher pumping rates than with the Solinst Bladder Pump.
Pumps are available in stainless steel 5/8" diameter and 1.66" diameter, and PVC in 1.66" diameter. Stainless steel pumps can operate to 150 m (500 ft) and PVC pumps can operate to 30 m (100 ft).
Portable or dedicated versions are options. They can be fitted with packers to control groundwater flow and limit purge requirements. Everything is easily accessible or replaceable, and disassembly is easy for decontamination in minutes, without any tools.
New Bladder Pumps with Easy-to-Replace Bladder Cartridges
Solinst Bladder Pumps now feature Santoprene® bladder cartridges that are quick and easy to replace in the field – no tools required. Back by popular demand, the NEW PVC Bladder Pumps are low cost and excellent for metals sampling and in harsh, corrosive environments.
Pump Control Unit
The Model 464 Pump Control Unit manually or automatically regulates the supply of compressed air to Pneumatic Pumps. Pre-set sample modes allow easy operation and up to 99 user-created flow rates can be saved to its memory.
415 12V Submersible Pump
The Solinst 12V Submersible Pump provides an efficient means of purging and obtaining groundwater samples from 2" OD monitoring wells. The compact pump can sample from depths of 36.5 m (120 ft) below ground surface, and is easy to adjust the flow rates up to 13.5 L/min (3.6 US gpm) in shallower applications.
800M Mini Packer
The 800M Mini Packer is 1 ft in length and is designed to fit in nominal 2" OD monitoring wells to temporarily isolate discrete zones for groundwater sampling. When connected to Solinst Pumps, minimal weight (1.2 lbs) is added due to the small design of the 800M.
